Refund policy

All WearMaterially products are made to order via print-on-demand, so we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind.

We will happily replace or refund your order if:

  • It arrives damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • Your order was lost in transit

To request a replacement or refund, email us at hello@wearmaterially.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue (if applicable). We'll respond within 2 business days and resolve most cases within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved.
